- Administer, secure, and optimize Azure-based infrastructure and M365 services, including AVD, VMs, and storage.
- Troubleshoot hybrid network issues and support tickets, escalating as required.
- Develop scripts and automation (PowerShell, Bash, CI/CD pipelines) to streamline deployment and maintenance.
- Monitor cloud resource consumption and recommend cost-efficiency improvements.
- Implement and manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and SSO authentication in cloud and hybrid environments.
- Produce and maintain system design documentation, governance policies, and knowledge articles.
- Conduct internal technical reviews and recommend improvements to cloud performance, security, and operations.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of cloud engineering experience with Azure and M365
- Certifications: CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator.
- At least 1 year of experience with AD, virtualization, cloud administration, and DevOps tools
- Minimum government clearance level of Secret or Public Trust High Risk Tier 3 with willingness to upgrade to Public Trust High Risk Tier 4
- 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps pipelines (Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes).
- 3+ years of experience working with federal IT cloud security standards.
- Current Top Secret or Public Trust High Risk Tier 4 clearance
