- Assist customers with a wide variety of DMV-related services, including vehicle titles, registrations, transfers, renewals, plates, and more
- Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted in compliance with PennDOT regulations
- Communicate clearly and kindly with customers — both in person and over the phone
- Maintain organized records and files in accordance with company and state guidelines
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process customer payments
- Deliver excellent service in a fast-paced office environment, where multitasking is a must
- Cross-training available across four divisions: Title & Tag, Insurance, DOT Compliance, and Pack & Send
- Opportunity to obtain your insurance license if you’re interested in exploring a sales or customer advisor path
- Notary Public certification is required within the first 90 days (we’ll help you get certified — if you’re already a Notary, even better!)

- Prior experience in a customer service, dealership, notary, or DMV-related role
- Notary Public certification
- Bilingual or multilingual
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Ability to obtain Notary Public certification within 90 days of hire
