- Conduct business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design for new enterprise resource planning software using general business acumen.
- Correlate the three business cycles into digital workflows within new ERP software.
- Collaborate with vendors and key stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and deliver project requirements.
- Gather requirements and feedback to improve system standards, guidelines, and procedures.
- Plan and manage system upgrades, version updates, configuration management, and new module implementations, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Oversee the integration of various third-party applications.
- Continuously evaluate application performance and identify areas of improvement / optimization.
- Collaborate with resources to integrate BI tools enabling real-time data analysis, reporting, and visualization of key business data.
- BS in Information Technology or Business Administration is required.
- ERP knowledge of functional areas (Accounting, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, etc).
- ERP implementation experience in the defense / aerospace industry a plus.
- Strong understanding of ERP concepts, modules, and implementation methodologies.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365, PowerBI, Business Intelligence & Reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and execute within the projected time constraints.
- Excellent presentation, communication, analytical, problem-solving skills, organizational skills and attention to detail.
