A full-time Nurse Practitioner position is available with Liberty Healthcare at the Stockley Center in Georgetown, Delaware.The Stockley Center is a modern and well-staffed intermediate care facility which provides a wide array of residential and supportive services to adults who are living with physical and developmental disabilities.As a Nurse Practitioner your day-to-day work will involve:
Rounding living units and evaluating patients
Conducting examinations and performing diagnostic tests
Providing acute and preventive care
Developing and managing treatment plans for acute and chronic diseases
Prescribing medications
Collaborating with the facility's Medical Director, nursing team, and ancillary staff
Actively participating in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and case conferences
As a Nurse Practitioner and full-time employee of Liberty Healthcare you can expect:Annual salary between $110,000 and $125,000 (depending on experience)
