? Provide small group reading intervention to students across grade levels during afternoon hours
? Implement evidence-based practices grounded in Structured Literacy
? Track student progress and collaborate with classroom teachers and intervention teams
? Support students in developing phonemic awareness, decoding, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension skillsPreferred Qualifications:
? Experience or training in Structured Literacy and the Science of Reading
? Certification or training in Wilson Reading System or Orton-Gillingham (preferred, not required)
? Experience working with elementary-aged students in a school setting
? Strong communication and collaboration skillsAdditional Information:
? Position is part-time not to exceed 10 hours per week
