Compensation: $10.90 – $16.60/hr (Depending on Experience)Job Summary:We are seeking caring, compassionate, and energetic Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDDs) in their daily lives. This role involves providing personal care, emotional support, and assistance with day-to-day activities in a supportive living environment.Requirements:Must be at least 18 years of ageMinimum of 3 years of experience working with individuals with IDDsValid driver’s license is a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication and interpersonal skillsResponsibilities:Assist individuals with daily living tasks and personal careProvide companionship and emotional supportTransport and accompany individuals to medical appointments or community outingsAdminister simple prescribed medications (if certified)Maintain logs and documentation of services providedEnsure a safe, clean, and supportive environmentShifts Available:We have multiple shifts available — including daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend options.
