You'll help build a recruitment strategy from the ground up, partnering with hiring managers to attract top-tier professionals - from Structural Engineers and Project Superintendents to Equipment Operators, Carpenters, and Laborers. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality infrastructure.What You'll Do
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and skilled trade roles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and team dynamics
  • Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions across construction, engineering, and trades
  • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates through industry networks and trade associations
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications, certifications, and experience for specialized roles
  • Track recruitment metrics and report progress to stakeholders
  • Support workforce planning with HR partners
What You Bring
  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience
  • Proven success in filling high volume and "hard to fill" positions
  • Willingness to learn and adapt as needed
  • Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills
Preferred:
  • Experience with recruitment marketing and trade-specific job boards
  • Strong understanding of trade certifications, union dynamics, and jobsite requirements
  • Familiarity with labor market trends in construction and renewable energy
  • Knowledge of technical terminology across engineering and field operations
