- Associate’s degree in informatics, computer science or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred

- Excellent computer proficiency In Word, Excel, Practice Analytics, Optum One (Humedica), and other applications
- Excellent business analytic skills
- Basic knowledge of quality improvement
- Self-motivator with ability to work independently
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Detailed oriented individual with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Qualifications:
- Creates varied, complex and confidential reports to support the quality improvement efforts of the organization using Practice Analytics or Optum One (Humedica).
- Demonstrates outstanding communication skills to translate reporting requests to accurately meet the needs of the requestor, including deadline needs.
- Tests and validates reports to ensure accuracy and quality of the data before publishing
- Automates reports in order to increase efficiency of existing reports
- Manages the Meaningful Use score cards and attestations
- Assists with other CMS Pay for Performance metrics, as identified
- Manages the electronic patient satisfaction survey process for the AMGA
- Provides administrative support to the CMO and Director and other members of the department, as needed
- Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
- Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
- Travel to different FMC work locations as requested
