About the Job:Are you skilled at building strong vendor relationships and delivering employee benefits that truly make a difference? We’re looking for a Benefits Administrator to oversee our benefits programs and serve as a trusted partner between our organization, employees, and external vendors.Key responsibilities include:
  • Oversee the HR Service Center, ensuring responsive and high-quality support to employees for HR related inquiries, issues and requests
  • Assess, document and streamline HR processes and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy and employee experience
  • Implement technology and automation solutions to enhance HR operations
  • Manage the maintenance and security of employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations
  • Prepare and submit compliance reports and data analysis to HR leadership and regulatory authorities, as required (401k audit, ACA, etc.)
  • Implement quality control measures and establish service level agreements (SLA’s)
  • Measure and track customer satisfaction with HR service center interactions; implement improvements based on feedback and survey results
  • Develop and conduct training programs for HR service center staff to ensure they are equipped to provide accurate information and support; keep the team informed about HR policy updates and changes
  • Respond to escalated or complex HR inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and regulations; collaborate with HR specialists or subject matter experts when necessary
  • Ensure that HR processes align with organizational goals and industry best practices
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans and leave policies
  • Provide guidance to employees on benefits-related questions and issues
  • Assist with policy and process integration for mergers and acquisitions
  • Work with third party vendors to ensure organizational and employee needs are being met at a high standard
  • Performs additional duties as requested by management
About You:We are looking for a collaborative team player with strong analytical skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal person is good at prioritizing and multi-tasking with a flexible mindset and can maintain a calm and professional demeanor during high stress situations. This person has excellent communication, both written and verbal, and has knowledge of HR laws and regulations, and ideally the following qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in HR, preference for Operations and/or Benefits
  • HRIS experience (ideally ADP or Workday)
