- Oversee the HR Service Center, ensuring responsive and high-quality support to employees for HR related inquiries, issues and requests
- Assess, document and streamline HR processes and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy and employee experience
- Implement technology and automation solutions to enhance HR operations
- Manage the maintenance and security of employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations
- Prepare and submit compliance reports and data analysis to HR leadership and regulatory authorities, as required (401k audit, ACA, etc.)
- Implement quality control measures and establish service level agreements (SLA’s)
- Measure and track customer satisfaction with HR service center interactions; implement improvements based on feedback and survey results
- Develop and conduct training programs for HR service center staff to ensure they are equipped to provide accurate information and support; keep the team informed about HR policy updates and changes
- Respond to escalated or complex HR inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and regulations; collaborate with HR specialists or subject matter experts when necessary
- Ensure that HR processes align with organizational goals and industry best practices
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans and leave policies
- Provide guidance to employees on benefits-related questions and issues
- Assist with policy and process integration for mergers and acquisitions
- Work with third party vendors to ensure organizational and employee needs are being met at a high standard
- Performs additional duties as requested by management
- 5 years of experience in HR, preference for Operations and/or Benefits
- HRIS experience (ideally ADP or Workday)
