- EPA Type 2 or Universal Certification and NATE certifications are a big plus—or the drive to earn them!
- Background in basic construction or related trades.
- Previous experience in HVAC installation or similar fields is a bonus but not required—we value fast learners ready to grow.

- Installation: Install HVAC systems, components, and ductwork in residential settings, ensuring precision and quality workmanship.
- System Testing: Perform system checks and tests to ensure installations are functioning properly and meet industry standards.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to explain the installation process, answer questions, and provide system demonstrations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow technicians and team members to ensure seamless project completion and a positive customer experience.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Maintain organized schedules, coordinate with dispatch, and ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Tool and Equipment Management: Use tools and equipment safely and maintain them in good working condition.
- Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, company guidelines, and industry regulations during every installation
