  • Teaching Associate for a full scope outpatient OBGYN Advanced Practice Provider
  • Full-time, 12 month (July 1 - June 30) academic position on a yearly appointment with an anticipated start date of August 1, 2024
  • Successful candidate would have experience providing comprehensive prenatal and postpartum care, including first trimester ultrasound and outpatient management of abnormal pregnancy, and women's health care including common gynecologic conditions and contraception. Clinical teaching experience and experience collaborating with the clinical team is valued.
  • This teaching associate would work with our generalist faculty to provide full scope ARNP/PA clinical services for obstetrics & gynecologic clinics.
  • This position will support and include presence at our four clinics in Mill Creek, Ballard, and two in North Seattle. The successful candidate will support urgent and return visits for gynecological and obstetric visits and a candidate with prior experience in providing OBGYN care is highly desired due to the complexity of the patients.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Current and valid state Registered Nurse Licensure for ARNP, Physician Assistant Licensure, or foreign equivalent
  • Graduate Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program or accredited PA program and licensure as an ARNP, PA-C or foreign equivalent
  • Nationally certified ARNP/PA-C with DEA
  • Experience working with obstetrics & gynecology patients, and clinical teaching experience
  • Proven excellence working in an interdisciplinary collaborative team environment
  • Effective interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and clinical expertise in patient care
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
