- Drive Project Success:
- Lead and direct team to design new products, modify existing designs, and improve processes.
- Oversee critical projects and apply expertise to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with internal/external partners on product roadmaps and standards.
- Employee Experience and Development:
- Lead recruitment, hiring, performance evaluations, and compensation decisions.
- Drive workplace culture initiatives and enhance team collaboration and engagement.
- Create development plans aligned with career goals and business needs.
- Optimize Group Performance:
- Monitor and report key performance metrics while identifying improvement opportunities.
- Develop engineering department strategies in support of business growth.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years in product design engineering; 5+ years leading and managing technical teams.
- Fiber Optic Experience: Design experience in fiber connectivity, fiber assembly, fiber enclosure, and fiber related racks and cable management, from concept to implementation.
- Project Management Experience: Documented program or project management experience within new product development.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong executive presence up to c-suite level and experience developing talent.

- Travel: Ability to travel up to 15% domestic and international.
