Partner strategically with product management, business development, and HR teams to shape programs and develop top-tier talent.   • Drive Project Success:
  • Lead and direct team to design new products, modify existing designs, and improve processes.
  • Oversee critical projects and apply expertise to ensure successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal/external partners on product roadmaps and standards.
  • Employee Experience and Development:
  • Lead recruitment, hiring, performance evaluations, and compensation decisions.
  • Drive workplace culture initiatives and enhance team collaboration and engagement.
  • Create development plans aligned with career goals and business needs.
  • Optimize Group Performance:
  • Monitor and report key performance metrics while identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Develop engineering department strategies in support of business growth.
What You Will Bring
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years in product design engineering; 5+ years leading and managing technical teams.
  • Fiber Optic Experience: Design experience in fiber connectivity, fiber assembly, fiber enclosure, and fiber related racks and cable management, from concept to implementation.
  • Project Management Experience: Documented program or project management experience within new product development.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong executive presence up to c-suite level and experience developing talent.
  • Innovation: Driven by the opportunity to innovate and create products with customer valued differentiating features and benefits.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 15% domestic and international.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $155,000. This role qualifies for an incentive plan based on individual and company performance.
