- Ensure that safe workplace behaviors are consistently taught, emphasized, and practiced.
- Assist in fostering team pride to uphold orderliness and maintain facility housekeeping standards.
- Provide hands-on direction to colleagues in the fulfillment center to ensure their contribution aligns with established levels of service, accuracy, and productivity.
- Conduct training, cross-training, and certification for colleagues across operational areas as needed. Identify training gaps and collaborate with managers to address them through retraining.
- Support the development of hourly colleagues and actively promote the growth of high-performing team members.
- Offer guidance on daily operations to ensure seamless coordination between different areas, maintain cleanliness and organization, and prioritize personal safety.
- Prioritize open and continuous communication, ensuring all team members are well-informed. Conduct daily team meetings to facilitate communication.
- Acknowledge and celebrate individual and team achievements through positive reinforcement. Encourage colleagues to contribute suggestions for process and culture improvement, and advocate for their implementation.

- This position requires heavy lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands. Involves standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 50 lbs. stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. May involve reaching above eye level. Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
