- Oversee contract reviews with the Estimator and set up project folders.
- Utilize a project startup checklist for effective project initiation.
- Coordinate schedules, manpower, and logistics with General Foremen.
- Analyze project costs, refine budgets, and discuss cost-saving strategies.
- Develop installation approaches and prepare project documents, including plans and budgets.
- Manage material buyouts, prepare submittals, and handle RFIs to ensure timely procurement.
- Negotiate material pricing, manage vendor accounts, and coordinate material orders.
- Maintain daily communication with project teams and manage project logistics.
- Verify invoice pricing, track orders, and manage change orders and billing schedules.
- Ensure project documentation is complete and maintain updated job folders.
- Communicate effectively with utility companies and other stakeholders.
- Foster positive client relationships and maintain proactive project management.

- 5+ years of experience in commercial electrical environments.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
- 5+ years in construction management.
- Must be fluent in English.
- The ability to commute or relocate to Tucker, GA, is required.
