
Office Assistant

- Conduct sample collection and perform manual audits to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Record and document audit findings accurately and promptly.
- Perform accurate documentation, including filing, data entry, and report preparation.
- Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with the Safety & Occupational Health team to support various initiatives and projects.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety and hygiene.
- High school diploma or GED minimum
- Must be skilled with computer and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
