As a Concierge, you’ll be the first impression for residents and guests, creating a calm, polished, and welcoming experience every day. If you’re organized, personable, and take pride in making things run smoothly, we’d love to have you on our team.Work Schedule:Saturday, 3:00PM - 11:30PMSunday - Wednesday, 11:00PM - 7:30AMDays Off: Thursday and FridayWhat You’ll Do:Resident & Guest ServicesGreet residents and guests warmly and professionallyAnnounce visitors and manage deliveries with careKeep the lobby area clean, calm, and welcomingSupport leasing tours and events with a polished front desk presenceCheck lobby lighting, scent, music, and overall presentation throughout your shiftSecurity & Access ControlMonitor building cameras and visitor logsTrack vendor and contractor entries and exitsRespond calmly and appropriately to safety concernsPackage & Amenity ManagementReceive and log packages using digital systemsHelp manage package room and amenity reservationsSupport accurate resident preferences and visitor trackingMove-In & Move-Out CoordinationPrepare elevators and common areas for scheduled move-ins or move-outsNotify management of any unscheduled activityEnsure transitions are smooth and welcomingLeasing & Visitor SupportWelcome prospective residents and notify the leasing teamProvide brochures or contact info and maintain a helpful presenceLifestyle & Community EngagementMaintain bulletin boards, support community events, and share local recommendationsRemember resident preferences and deliver personalized service momentsEmergency & Service ResponseFollow emergency protocols and respond calmlyAssist with in-the-moment service needs and escalate when necessaryEnsure follow-up on issues to confirm resident satisfactionTeamwork & ProfessionalismKeep the front desk organized and presentableJoin daily huddles and support team updatesTake on special assignments and model emotional intelligenceCOMPENSATION
  • $24.00 - $27.00 / hour
  • with an annual bonus that is tied to performance
QualificationsWhat You Bring:
  • Strong customer service or hospitality experience
  • Polished communication and a professional, composed demeanor
  • Basic comfort with digital tools (e.g., delivery logs, CRMs)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for long periods
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Flexibility for weekend, evening, or holiday shifts as needed
