- Property Management - You will be responsible for physical property maintenance by partnering with our engineering team and vended services for the repair and maintenance needs and ensure a prompt best in class response to maintenance issues. You will also be responsible to develop and administer a capital improvement plan by evaluating property needs and ROI of proposed projects.
- Lease Administration - You will have the oversite of all leases and lease amendments which would require you to review and track critical tenant and property information such as specific lease clauses, options, operating expense parameters and of course those important dates.
- Financial Administration - You will be responsible for developing and administering the annual budget to ensure alignment with ownership objectives, financial goals and industry standards. You will need to ensure accurate calculation and recovery of operating expenses and reimbursements as well as produce monthly variance reports and quarterly reforecasts.
- People Leader - You may be managing a team consisting of Assistant Property Manager, Property Administrator, and/or maintenance staff with the responsibilities of recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, training, development, and evaluation as aligned with company standards. Your experience and leadership skills will provide strong leadership and maintain a positive and rewarding working environment. As a leader you will also be responsible for communicating company policy, procedures and participate in development of staffing plans to support property and tenant needs while aligning with company financial goals
- Leasing - Your amazing knowledge of your asset(s) will be valuable as you to support the leasing process by participation in leasing meetings, broker engagement and tenant relations. You will also have oversite of tenant improvements including coordination of plans with architect, bidding, GC selection, contracting and executing while complying with the lease agreement. Since you have such a strong knowledge of your leases, you will be able to assist our brokerage team with accurate reporting on expirations and encumbered space, space planning coordination, contractor bids, marketing materials, and meeting with prospective tenants.
- Your Experience - Minimum of three (3) years in in commercial building management
- Your Education - A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
- Industry knowledge - Firm understanding of commercial leases, operating expense recoveries and ability to partner with broker on leasing activity for property.
- Communication - Strong written and verbal ability to communicate effectively to tenants, vendors, contractor, brokers, and interdepartmental to convey team goals. Effective ability to present information and respond to questions presented by leaders, clients, and the public.

- Pay Range: $106,100.00 to $120,400.00 per year
