- Collaborate with the technical lead and functional managers to optimize team performance and foster development.
- Steer strategic portfolio planning and execution, encompassing risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Address technical challenges and ensure regulatory compliance throughout all stages of the product lifecycle.
- Prepare and update Operational Plans, Design History Files (DHF), and Engineering Change documentation.
- Direct phase reviews, business reviews, and communications at the executive level.
- Facilitate effective communication and alignment between project teams and Franchise leadership.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables for the EP SUD Program.
- Promote Boston Scientific’s core values of inclusion, innovation, and integrity across all aspects of program leadership.
- Guarantee compliance with global regulatory requirements—such as EU MDR, US FDA—and uphold internal quality systems.
- A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience, or a Master's degree with at least 7 years of related experience is required.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex programs is essential.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and influencing abilities are necessary.
- Proven capability to oversee multiple high-profile projects concurrently with strategic significance is expected.
- Experience in product development and portfolio management is also required.
- BS Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- PMP Certification.
- Experience in the medical device industry, particularly with catheter or implantable systems.
- Knowledge of DHF, DMR, Engineering Change processes, and regulatory documentation.
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Experience collaborating with global teams and stakeholders.
- Comfort with presenting to senior leadership and executive audiences.
