The Plant Automation Manager will step in as a Senior leader at my client's fast-growing production site near Wheeling. Management of site budget including P&L
Interfacing with client base to understand custom automation system needs
Implement and track KPIs (safety, quality, OTD, efficiency)
Manage project timelines and handle engineering change orders as needed
Review and approve engineering designs for custom equipment
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, quality, and engineering team

10+ years of manufacturing experience
5+ years of managerial/leadership experience
Strong project management experience
Experience in a made-to-order manufacturing environment is preferred
Business acumen - experience weighing in on overall business strategy
Strong technical background with automated systems
Proven track record building & developing technical teams

Base salary up to $140,000 based on experience
