Our clinic is committed to delivering high-quality primary care services to patients in the Knox area.Salary and Benefits:
Salary Range: $220,000 to $250,000 annually
$10,000 Sign On Bonus
Relocation Assistance – Up to $5,000
Vacation: 120 hours
Paid Holidays
Continuing Medical Education (CME): 40 hours, allowance of $2,500
Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance – Employer Pays 80%
Life Insurance: 1.5x the provider’s salary
Short-Term and Long-Term Disability
Retirement Package – 403(b)
Employer Paid Malpractice Insurance
Responsibilities:
4-day work week
One Saturday per month from 8 AM to 1 PM, rotating among staff
36 hours of clinical work and 4 hours of admin a week
Requirements:
Board-certified or Board-eligible Family Medicine Physician
New Graduates Will Be Considered
Compassionate, patient-centered approach in primary care
Clear and Active Medical License in the State of Indiana
