As the Program Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of manufacturing strategies for complex missile assemblies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to influence design producibility, transition new or revised designs from development into production, and drive cost reduction initiatives. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating production risks, providing Lockheed Martin and supplier manufacturing support, and managing earned value.Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the development and implementation of manufacturing strategies for complex missile assemblies
- Influencing design producibility and transitioning new or revised designs from development into production
- Driving cost reduction initiatives and identifying and mitigating production risks
- Providing Lockheed Martin and supplier manufacturing support
- Managing earned value and ensuring compliance with customer requirements
- Leading the team in Engineering Change incorporation approach, Process Improvement, and Teaming initiatives
- Communicating directly with government customers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues

This position is in Orlando.Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or STEM Related Discipline
- Strong communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
- Experience working within cross-functional groups, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various teams and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative to solve complex problems in both proactive and reactive scenarios, with the ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions
- Drive internal initiatives such as Process Improvements, Lean, and Manufacturing Technology enhancements and by improving the business processes used to execute Recurring and Non-recurring support
- Informal or formal leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, with experience leading cross-functional teams or in a supervisory role.
- Excellent Team facilitation skills and effective use of Lean Six-Sigma tools.
- Experience in representing Operations teams for a wide range of difficult technical issues associated with specific projects.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification.
- Knowledge of Digital Transformation and Automation Processes in a Manufacturing Assembly Environment.
- Extensive Change Board experience representing production operations.
