Our professionals work closely with our industry bankers to provide insight into optimal transaction structures for each of our clients.The Analyst can expect to receive immediate exposure to a variety of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising transactions, and other strategic advisory projects, and provide significant, long-term growth potential and career advancement opportunities. On a day-to-day basis our Analysts:Provide critical support during all phases of transaction executionBuild financial models and perform valuation analysesCoordinate transaction due diligenceConduct industry- and company-specific researchInterface directly with clients and senior bankersDevelop a versatile skillset that will serve as a strong foundation for achieving career goalsA successful candidate will possess the following characteristics:1+ years of Investment Banking or related financial experienceStrong work ethic, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and learn quicklyDetail-oriented and analytical mindsetStrong verbal and written communication skillsPrevious experience with financial modeling or formal trainingPositive attitude with a desire to work with and contribute to the culture of a close-knit teamBachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or other related degrees preferredU.S. work eligibility is requiredAs a leading investment bank, we enable growth and success for our clients through deep sector expertise, candid advice and a differentiated, highly productive culture.Our investment banking clients have access to unparalleled guidance through our deep product and sector expertise and ready access to global capital. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience, location and other factors. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation.
