- Adhere to the Corporate Compliance Program, maintaining strict confidentiality of all protected health information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

- Support efforts to achieve and maintain budgeted Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) goals across all payer sources.
- Perform billing, collections, account resolution, and appeals activities across all payer types, including home health and hospice.
- Cover staffing needs by supporting other areas as directed.
- Provide project management and support functions as assigned.
- Serve as a resource and subject matter expert for billing and collections processes.
- Support and assist Billing & Collections Lead functions as needed.
- Perform all responsibilities outlined for Level I and II roles, demonstrating increasing proficiency and independence.

- Candidates must reside in one of the approved remote worker states: AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, MI, NC, ND, NE, NJ, OH, SC, TN, TX, UT, WI.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Progressive, relevant experience in revenue cycle management and/or reimbursement within a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in independently managing home health or hospice billing across all payer types at CommonSpirit Health at Home.
- Must have experience in Infusion Services. Brightree software is a plus.
- Ability to perform accurate account reconciliations independently.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- Reliable, responsible, and a team player.
- Preferred Qualifications: Additional advanced education and/or payer certifications.
