- As the Sr. GNC Systems Engineer for the Program, you will be responsible for identifying, designing, and executing studies to stress and evaluate brand new system capabilities that will be used to inform design refinements and development.
- You will define and execute system performance studies to ensure integrating new capabilities do not harm existing system performance.
- You will participate in navigation tasks including system trade studies, component modeling of inertial measurement units (IMU), global positioning systems (GPS), as well as simulation of navigation algorithms, particularly Kalman filters.
- You will work with embedded software including real-time GNC algorithm development for missiles system products.
- You will offer experience and guidance to help the program spin up, train new engineers, and execute efficiently and effectively.
- You will support missile performance analysis including model development, system optimization, and Monte Carlo assessments with expected system disturbances.
- You will have the opportunity to travel for both missile and captive flight tests, providing real-time and post-mission navigation system performance analysis. (Amount of travel is approximately 10%)
- Selected candidate will be required to obtain and maintain special access program clearance
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of Guidance, Navigation and/or Controls related engineering experience.

- Please consider the following role type definitions as you apply for this role.
- Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
- Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
- Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed
