
Supply Chain Coordinator - Purchasing and Inventory Management

- Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external customers.
- Provide support through conference calls, emails, and team meetings.
- Assess inventory levels to determine inaccuracies and shrinkage.
- Create reports for field locations to promote meeting parts line planned budgets.
- Analyze inventories to provide replenishment of parts on a bi-weekly basis and minimize overstock or out of stock parts.
- Complete parts requests from the field using internal ordering files, purchasing programs, and inventory applications.
- Accurately purchase parts from the lowest cost and most efficient supplier while closing and paying orders in a timely manner.
- Participate in department meetings, events, and committees.
- Ability to train cross functionally within the PES Parts department through customer service, supplier, replenishment, and small parts roles.
- Any other tasks or duties as assigned by manager.
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,000 - $71,800.

- HS Diploma or Equivalent.
- Competency with Microsoft Office and purchasing programs.
- Ability to concisely communicate with peers, supervisors, and suppliers.
- Ability to prioritize and plan appropriately to reach business needs.
- Ability to adapt to changes and flexible with tasks.
- Ability to develop relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to perform job duties in an open concept, interactive office environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, APS, ERT, Business Objects, CETS, etc. capabilities and restraints.
- Demonstrated understanding of MPR (PES Parts) processes and functions.
