- Collect financial data and documents from clients to build detailed client profiles
- Assist in client meeting preparation, including, build and analyze client financial statements, develop financial planning insights and run portfolio allocation and performance reports
- Assist senior advisors in preparing deliverables and participating in client meetings
- Communicate with clients on both a scheduled and an ad hoc basis
- Track client allocations and asset transfers in a software suite, while working closely with the Rockefeller Operations team
- Work closely with both the Alternative Investment and Liquid Markets teams to coordinate current client portfolio matters
- Execute the daily client operational tasks including account opening documents, check requests, journals, wires, and other custodial responsibilities
- Document processes and routines critical to business
- Establish key partnerships with Rockefeller home office partners
- Lead special projects and team initiatives as directed
- Collaborate with team to outline and uphold processes and systems
- Assist with marketing initiatives and making sure that projects stay on time and budget
- Work with the Firm’s marketing department to assist with team's website and marketing opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree, with a business/finance focus preferred
- Prior client service experience within financial industry, or equivalent experience, preferred
- Series 7 & 66 strongly preferred and if not, willingness to obtain
- Investment knowledge/experience preferred
- Excellent client facing, interpersonal, organizational, and client service skills
- Ability to adapt to constantly changing market conditions, reporting needs and requirements
- Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize and organize workflow
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment as well as manage multiple tasks effectively with need to sometimes reprioritize projects
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel & PowerPoint
