- Process optimization and workflow management
- Own the product creation calendar in partnership with Product Development, streamlining workflows to improve speed, clarity, and collaboration.
- Track and manage key milestones and deliverables across the merchandising timeline, ensuring teams stay on course.
- Facilitate calendar reviews and milestone check-ins to drive cross-functional accountability and readiness for GTM gates.
- Partner closely with Marketing Ops, GTM Ops, and Planning to ensure alignment and execution.
- Support the Chief Merchant with operational oversight, reporting, and project execution.
- Systems leadership
- Serve as the business owner for FlexPLM—driving adoption, accuracy, training, and continuous improvement.
- Lead Power BI dashboard development and reporting tools to enable data-driven decision-making across product teams.
- Ensure data integrity and system hygiene across merchandising and development workflows.
- Strategic support
- Support the Chief Merchant with ad hoc reporting, business analysis, and special projects
- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and product lifecycle management (PLM) software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Knowledge of supply chain management and process optimization.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product operations, supply chain management, or a related field, preferably in the apparel or consumer goods industry.
