Job Code: 1742Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Executive Assistant to work on-site with our client, a worldwide designer, manufacturer, and integrator of precision control components company. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.Job Summary:As an Executive Assistant you will report directly to the President, Military Aircraft Group (MAG) and support the Military Aircraft Senior Leadership team.Responsibilities:
- Provide primary administrative support for assigned business leaders, including managing the executives' calendars, proactively addressing scheduling conflicts, and setting up and maintaining appointments and meetings.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Manage expense reconciliation for assigned leaders in compliance with company policies.
- Prioritize competing meetings, tasks, or projects with speed and agility.
- Make all travel arrangements, ensuring travel approvals and expense reports are completed in a timely manner.
- Coordinate on-site logistics for meetings and events, including conference room booking, catering and technology support. Quickly trouble-shoot issues as they arise to minimize impact to meeting efficiency and experience.
- Would need to be able to grab coffee/water to sit in at meetings and take notes.
- Organize, execute, and assist with team activities, events and off-site meetings(staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events). This includes but is not limited to, working with external vendors to secure meeting space, event contracts, and ensuring all details are properly scheduled and managed for successful execution of events.
- Work closely with the leadership team, recruiting and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization and schedules.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Troubleshoot issues that require resolution through working with others across company or external vendors, as requested by the executives.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or Associate's degree in a related discipline
- Minimum seven (7) years relevant and progressive experience
- Must possess leadership and project management skills, exercise good judgement, be well organized, self-directed and have excellent communication skills
- Strong experience in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
