BIM Designer/Coordinator Experience Required. Possess an Associates Degree in Engineering or Design.

Demonstrate a minimum of 3-5 years' proficiency in designing mechanical systems using AutoCAD and/or Revit.

Showcase the ability to independently create layouts.

Display comprehension of project schedules and timelines.

Demonstrate familiarity with diverse mechanical systems layouts.

Able to interpret manufacturer's shop drawings and equipment cut sheets
