Description:Nursing Team Coordinator (RN) – PCU/TelemetryJob Type: Full-time, NightsCommitment Bonus (2-Year): $15,000 for Day Shift, $20,000 for Night ShiftShift Differentials:â â Evening $2.50/hour / Night $4.00/hour / Weekend $1.50/hourâDepartment/Unit SummaryJoin our team in a 22-bed Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Telemetry unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5. We are staffed with RNs, CNAs, Telemetry Techs, and unit secretaries, providing specialized care for patients primarily diagnosed with respiratory failure and cardiac conditions.
