Working closely with Stripe, you will lead cross-functional programs focused on continuous improvement, technology integration, and best practice implementation while serving as a key strategic leader within JLL's service delivery team.Your day-to-day tasks will include:Developing and implementing global service delivery programs and initiatives across Stripe's portfolioLeading standardization efforts to ensure consistent service quality and operational efficiency worldwideDesigning and overseeing implementation of global technology solutions that enhance workplace experienceEstablishing program governance frameworks, performance metrics, and reporting structuresCollaborating with regional teams to adapt global programs to local requirements and cultural contextsManaging program budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful implementationLeading change management efforts to drive adoption of new programs and processesIdentifying opportunities for service delivery innovation and continuous improvementOther duties as assignedWorking EnvironmentPosition based at Stripe's Oyster Point headquarters with approximately 30% travel required to other regions for program implementation, stakeholder engagement, and governance meetings.Desired experience and technical skillsRequired:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field8+ years of experience in program management, preferably in facilities management or corporate real estateProven track record leading complex, multi-region programs or initiativesStrong leadership skills with ability to influence across organizational boundariesExperience with program governance and performance measurement frameworksExcellent communication abilities with experience presenting to executive audiencesKnowledge of change management methodologies and implementation strategiesStrong project management skills with relevant certification preferred (PMP, PRINCE2)Computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsPreferred:Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related fieldExperience in the technology industry or similar fast-paced corporate environmentsBackground in workplace strategy, experience design, or facilities innovationKnowledge of facilities management systems and workplace technologiesExperience implementing integrated facilities management programsBackground in process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean)G-Suite proficiencyEstimated total compensation for this position:160,000.00 – 180,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed.
