- Process orders.
- Check for proper payment and attachments per order.
- Use computers for various applications, such as database management or word processing.
- Kickback orders with errors
- Will enter reference numbers and ETA on POs
- Verify Material quantity and price on orders.
- Will possibly order stock material for all warehouses.
- General trouble shooting with reps and vendors.
- Assist with incoming phone calls.
- Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment.
- Working well under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Self-starter and quick learner
- Experience with Microsoft office
- Detail Oriented
