Toolcraft Machining, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team, at our facility in Germantown, WI. As the Sales Administrative Assistant, this individual will support the day-to-day operations of the Sales and Engineering Departments within the Company, ensuring accurate data entry, seamless communication between departments, and exceptional customer service.Essential Job Responsibilities:Enter and manage sales orders within the ERP system.Provide real-time follow-ups to customers regarding delivery of quotes, status changes, shipping arrangements, delivery dates, etc.Coordinate with production and shipping departments to align with customer demands.Provide prompt responses to inquiries to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.Responsible for record keeping within the CRM, to track customer activity and follow-up tasks.Support forecasting efforts by providing visibility into customer demand trends utilizing internal reporting.Preferred Job Qualifications:High School diploma or GED equivalent.2+ years of administrative or sales support experience, ideally in CNC machining or manufacturing.Familiarity with ERP systems (JobBOSS)Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).Strong organizational, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Fast learner, resourceful and go-getter attitude.Ability to live out the Toolcraft values of Be Authentic, Do the Right Thing, Humility & Grit.Job Type:Full time – 1st ShiftHourly – Non-ExemptToolcraft Machining, Inc. offers employees a competitive benefit package:-Health | Dental | Vision InsuranceHealth Savings AccountLife Insurance & Voluntary Life Insurance401(k) match with discretionary Profit SharingShort-Term Disability (STD)-Paid Holidays & Paid Time Off (PTO)Toolcraft Machining, Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
