Position:Through Hole LeadReports To:Production ManagerStatus: Non-Exempt, Full-TimeRate- $24 to $27/hour.Position Summary: The Through Hole Leader position will work alongside the Production Manager in optimizing and balancing workloads with the quality output to meet daily department schedule.Responsibilities:1.Ability to interpret assembly drawings and work instructions for daily work use.2.Ability to program, set up, modifies, operate, and troubleshoot profiles and/or issues on all equipment in the Department.3.Interface with Manufacturing Engineering to improve process and resolve issues.4.Responsibility and authority to:a.Identify problems.b.Recommend solutions.c.Withhold items that do not meet quality standards.Physical Requirements:1. Ability to lift 50 lbs.Education/Experience:1.High School Diploma.2.Certified J-STD-001.3.IPC-610 is a plus.4.Ability to identify electronic components.5.Experience with Wave Solder Machines, Selective Solder Machine, PCB Router Machine, Manual De-panel Machine, Benchtop Press, Solder Pots, Axial Machines Taped & Loose Components.6.Basic understanding of the International Standard.7.High level of teamwork and collaboration skills.8.Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.9.Ability to perform with minimal supervision.
