OverviewAMERICAN SYSTEMS is an employee-owned federal government contractor supporting national priority programs through our strategic solutions in the areas of Information Technology, Test & Evaluation, Program Mission Support, Engineering & Analysis, and Training.Responsibilities
  • Program leader responsible for building and growing our relationship with the Navy customer.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they align with Navy goals and objectives in support of Program Management Office.
  • Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex, and inter-related project tasks.
  • Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items.
  • Establishes and maintains progress of projects to management and customers, organizes and delegates responsibilities to subordinates.
  • Oversees the successful completion of all assigned tasks.
Qualifications
  • Active Secret Clearance
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Resource Management, Engineering, or equivalent * U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearanceTen years’ experience in a management position dealing with complex Navy SystemsTen years' experience managing personnelProgram Management Professional (PMP) certificationFive years’ experience managing technical services contracts supporting Navy C4I systems operations and maintenancePay Transparency StatementAMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $135,600.00/Yr. - USD $226,400.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
