
Executive Chef – Up to $100k Plus Bonus & Benefits

- Lead all kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation of all menu items
- Design and execute seasonal menus that reflect the culinary character of Blue Ridge, GA, while offering unique and memorable dishes
- Manage kitchen staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met or exceeded
- Oversee inventory, food costs, waste control, and kitchen budgeting
- Collaborate with the General Manager on events, wine pairings, and special menus
- Build strong relationships with local farmers and purveyors to highlight the best of what Blue Ridge, GA has to offer
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, upscale environment
- Deep knowledge of seasonal and regional ingredients
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to foster a positive kitchen culture
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- ServSafe Certification or equivalent preferred
