As an OTR Truck Driver, you'll play a crucial role in delivering goods across long distances, ensuring timely and safe transportation.**Responsibilities:**- Drive assigned routes across various regions, delivering goods safely and efficiently.- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to maintain safe driving practices.- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure roadworthiness.- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues.- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel, and delivery documentation.- Follow company policies and procedures regarding load securement, cargo handling, and customer service.**Qualification Requirements:**To be eligible for the OTR Truck Driver position, candidates must meet the following requirements:- Valid CDL-A- At least 6 months of verified tractor-trailer driving experience- Minimum 21 years old- No DUI convictions in the last 3 years- No preventable accidents in the last 6 months- No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 12 months- No more than 3 moving violations in a 3-year period- No reckless driving violations in the last 5 years- DOT physical & drug screen required- Must have a secure place to park the equipment at home location during home time**Additional Details:**- Must have at least 90 days of OTR (solo or team) experience in the last year (not counting training time).- Valid CDL-A in the state of residence.- Average miles per week: 2500-3000.- Passengers must be at least ten years old, costing $19.00 per month.- No pets allowed.- $100 per day of paid orientation.- $100 if 24 hours pass between empty and loaded call.- Transportation may be reimbursed.- Benefits start 60 days after employment.**Guaranteed Weekly Pay:**Company long-haul drivers may be eligible for a guaranteed $1,000 gross weekly pay amount for working a full schedule and not being responsible for any service failures or preventable accidents.
