You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting electrical and computer-based equipment, as well as repairing any breakdowns that occur.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
  • Schedule: 2nd shift available on a 2/2/3 Schedule
  • Pay: $38.14 with shift differential

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION:
  • High school diploma or GED. Required
  • Proven record of accomplishment achieving positive results and increased engineering & maintenance leadership responsibilities with very strong process controls background required. Preferred
  • Experience with automation systems for building, facility, utility, and process controls
  • Experience with Rockwell PLCs, including process and machine motion control logic
  • Experience with HMI systems, such as Allen Bradley FactoryTalk® View platform
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
  • Demonstrate knowledge and ability to interpret and troubleshoot electrical/electronic circuits.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Distributed Control Systems and Programmable Logic Control Systems,
  • Demonstrate ability to solve problems, troubleshoot complicated process control systems, apply root cause failure techniques, to anticipate changes, and react to avoid disruptions
  • Strong electrical distribution and circuit analysis skills with low and medium voltage electrical systems.
  • Safe use of electrical multimeter to measure AC/DC voltage, continuity, and resistance.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY. * Analyze performance data to improve electrical and automation equipment unplanned stops
  • Will work and troubleshoot equipment by interacting with cross functional departments such as Maintenance Leadership, Production Leadership, Engineering Leadership, Factory Leadership, Front Line Operators, Corporate Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Expectation: associate will be motivated and self-directed, requiring only nominal direct/daily supervision and adhere to Nestle vision of safe and inclusive culture
  • Execute real time trouble shooting and problem solving with maintenance /Operations team and follow-up on issues to ensure that they are completed and that the issues are addressed. Participate in preventative maintenance completion as needed
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all electrical and automation platforms, equipment and unplanned machine stops
