In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to define and execute a comprehensive web strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver best-in-class website solutions that enhance the customer journey and drive business outcomes.JOB DUTIES:
  • Lead website development teams from concept through launch-creating actionable plans, managing workstreams, and ensuring timely execution of new initiatives.
  • Execute the roadmap for the organization's global website experience.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, UX, marketing, engineering, and external partners to determine feature priorities and implementation plans.
  • Facilitate alignment between business and technical stakeholders through clear communication and structured decision-making.
  • Proactively identify risks and remove blockers to maintain project momentum.
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously seek opportunities to improve visibility, scalability, and alignment with organizational goals.
YOU MUST HAVE:
  • 8+ years of experience in website development, digital delivery, or technical project management.
  • Proven experience with large, enterprise customer-facing websites or web applications.
  • 3+ years of leadership and team management experience, including working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, a passion for quality, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of accountability.
WE VALUE:
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps workflows.
  • Agile, Scrum, or PMP certification.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics) and A/B testing platforms.
  • Passion for UX and customer-centric design
  • Prior experience in code level development of web applications
