- Document all requested new TM products and services and prepare TM Master Agreement and all Service Exhibits.
- Onboard all Treasury products and services for new and existing Treasury clients.
- Work with TMOs throughout the sales cycle to manage pipeline and ensure services and pricing are set up timely and accurately.
- Collaborate with business units to smoothly and efficiently on-board new client relationships.
- Provide quality training of new products either by phone or onsite at the client's place of business.
- Interact with clients and analyze the data integrity of their test files until successful completion.
- Works directly with the clients throughout entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure while ensuring quality delivery in accordance with client service levels.
- Provide ongoing status of activity, identifying error impact, timeliness, and quality concerns.
- Commit to exceed or, at a minimum, meet all Service Level Agreements (SLA's) for TM product set-ups and maintenance with accuracy and timeliness.
- Primary client contact for all TM related maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Subject Matter Expert for online banking platforms and all TM systems.
- Assist client requests for service and resolution of bank issues in a professional, accurate and timely response optimizing the client's experience while satisfying the bank's compliance requirements.
- Update existing procedures to ensure proper documentation of processes are captured.
- Back up Client Services Specialists team as needed
- Complete and pass required training courses by due date.
- Excels in customer service, and demonstrates a desire to exceed customer expectations.
- Strong working knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.
- Understand the end-to-end process for product implementations.
- Effective listening skills, communication skills, and basic business writing skills with the ability to convey technical information in a way that is easy for others to understand.
- Ability to identify potential for cross-sell opportunities.
- Strong time management, organizational & planning skills with proven ability to multi-task & meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior analytical & quantitative skills.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bank or college courses preferred.
- 3 - 5 years of progressive experience dealing with complex treasury management and banking solutions.
- Other bank experience a plus.
