Combining years of proficiency with a heart for service, our team is ready to partner with our clients and provide the support and guidance they deserve.We are centrally located in Dallas at Spring Valley and Dallas North Tollway.As an implementation coordinator who wants stability, growth opportunity, and an excellent compensation and benefits package, you will work with a team of dedicated bankers providing quality service in documenting and implementing all Treasury Management products while providing exceptional service to internal and external clients and contributing to new sales targets and achieving portfolio growth objectives. The position is primarily geared to providing support to the treasury management officer (TMO) and plays an integral part to help build and manage solid and long lasting relationships.The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding all treasury products and services for new and existing treasury clients. The candidate will also provide ongoing status of activity, identifying error impact, timeliness, and quality concerns.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Document all requested new TM products and services and prepare TM Master Agreement and all Service Exhibits.
  • Onboard all Treasury products and services for new and existing Treasury clients.
  • Work with TMOs throughout the sales cycle to manage pipeline and ensure services and pricing are set up timely and accurately.
  • Collaborate with business units to smoothly and efficiently on-board new client relationships.
  • Provide quality training of new products either by phone or onsite at the client's place of business.
  • Interact with clients and analyze the data integrity of their test files until successful completion.
  • Works directly with the clients throughout entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure while ensuring quality delivery in accordance with client service levels.
  • Provide ongoing status of activity, identifying error impact, timeliness, and quality concerns.
  • Commit to exceed or, at a minimum, meet all Service Level Agreements (SLA's) for TM product set-ups and maintenance with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Primary client contact for all TM related maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Subject Matter Expert for online banking platforms and all TM systems.
  • Assist client requests for service and resolution of bank issues in a professional, accurate and timely response optimizing the client's experience while satisfying the bank's compliance requirements.
  • Update existing procedures to ensure proper documentation of processes are captured.
  • Back up Client Services Specialists team as needed
  • Complete and pass required training courses by due date.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:
  • Excels in customer service, and demonstrates a desire to exceed customer expectations.
  • Strong working knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.
  • Understand the end-to-end process for product implementations.
  • Effective listening skills, communication skills, and basic business writing skills with the ability to convey technical information in a way that is easy for others to understand.
  • Ability to identify potential for cross-sell opportunities.
  • Strong time management, organizational & planning skills with proven ability to multi-task & meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superior analytical & quantitative skills.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint).
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bank or college courses preferred.
  • 3 - 5 years of progressive experience dealing with complex treasury management and banking solutions.
  • Other bank experience a plus.
