- Lead and develop a team of supply chain and operations professionals, driving excellence in demand planning, inventory management, and operational initiatives
- Create and execute strategies to optimize inventory health metrics, including in-stock rates and operational inventory holdings
- Design and implement sustainable supply chain processes in partnership with cross-functional teams, balancing cost, speed, and reliability
- Drive continuous improvement in our operational capabilities through data-driven analysis and innovative solutions
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders both within and outside the APB organization.
- Partner with product development teams to ensure supply chain capabilities support selection expansion goals
- Identify and execute cost optimization opportunities across the supply chain network
- Champion process improvements that enhance both operational efficiency and customer

The base pay for this position ranges from $160,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $265,000/year in our highest geographic market.
