- Generate and convert leads into projects, transitioning them to sales and engineering teams.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with distributors, OEMs, and stakeholders.
- Manage assigned OEM and distributor accounts with professionalism and profitability.
- Maintain regular contact and a structured visit schedule with assigned partners.
- Expand business with existing distributors and explore opportunities within market segments.
- Consult with distributors and OEMs to define needs, analyze data, and recommend solutions.
- Work closely with marketing, product implementation, and other departments to align strategies.
- Develop innovative ideas and solutions to drive sales growth.
- Continuously improve sales approaches within the department.
- Share updates on market activity, competitor moves, and industry changes.
- Provide regular progress reports to management.
- Maintain an organized and secure work environment while supporting cross-departmental needs.
- Uphold safety, confidentiality, and corporate policies.

- Proven ability and drive to develop new OEM/DOEM business and strengthen customer relationships.
- Experience working with distributors as channel partners, not just customers.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills, with a track record of sales success.
- Knowledge of engine operation, applications, and specifications.
- Basic understanding of warranty processes and adjudication.
