What You’ll Do:
Advise and counsel employers and executives on a wide range of employment matters.
Handle high-stakes employment disputes, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour claims.
Manage cases from start to finish — depositions, drafting, discovery, motion practice, negotiations, and court appearances.
Strategize and advocate effectively in mediations and hearings.
