
Customer Service Representative

- Provide premium customer service experience through professional, timely, and accurate communication and a proactive approach
- Answer in- coming emails and calls from customer service team, account team members, and internal partners
- Ensure orders are accurately received and maintain them for delivery in line with customer expectations
- Proactively address issues through problem-solving, collaboration, and escalation
- 1+ years of SAP/CRP knowledge
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel (medium to high understanding), PowerPoint preferred
- Business Intelligence (BI) System experience nice to have
- Order Book management experience nice to have
- Experience in digital marketplace nice to have
