
Account Manager - NorthEast - Water / Wastewater

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Create and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Serve as the primary client contact, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service agreements.
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to leadership
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven technical sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment or infrastructure.
- Ability to develop technical documentation and white papers.
- Experience working with municipalities and government entities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and persuasively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve sales goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability to dynamic market conditions and evolving client needs.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
- Moderate overnight travel (less than 50%), by land or air.
