Job Description:The Sales Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the sales team.Responsibilities: - Manage KH Projects mailbox
- Process Quote Requests (RFQs),by registering new projects in CRM system.
- Assist Quoting personnel as necessary to complete Quotes and submit to Customers and Sales Reps.
- Assist with various projects and initiatives as directed by Manager.
- Distribute program pricelists to sales reps
- Serve as admin support to the sales team
- Input/update/manage data in Salesforce
- Set-up new projects in OMT tool (data entry)
- Set-up new projects in Salesforce/Project Portal
- Follow-up on outstanding quotes
- Collect and capture monthly sales rep project updates
- Assist quoting specialists with freight quoting
- Register project leads
- Take customer calls (switchboard)
