- Manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate large-scale events
- Complete expense reports proactively
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including domestic and international
- Drive key team activities such as staff meetings, team morale events, and offsites
- Contribute to rhythm of business planning and goal setting
- Track and ensure the completion of key deliverables
- Act as a liaison between the team and key stakeholders
- Partner with other Executive Assistants throughout the team and across Amazon
- Handle confidential materials and information with discretion
- Develop and maintain new mechanisms to maximize team efficiency

- Experience with executive-level calendar management
- Experience with domestic and international travel coordination
- Experience with planning large and small-scale team events
- Experience with Microsoft Office ProductsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments while maintaining a commitment to deadlines and long-term goals
- Desire and aptitude for learning new concepts on the job
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment

The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market.
