- Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, tracking progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure project success.
- Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project plans are executed accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate regularly with clients, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project plans.
- Oversee project closeout, including final inspections, punch lists, and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on retail and/or multifamily projects.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously, from conception to completion.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar.
