Surgical Technologist - OB TechIf you are passionate about supporting labor and delivery procedures, join us as a Surgical Technologist - OB Tech. In this role, you will assist obstetricians and nurses during childbirth and cesarean sections, ensuring a safe and sterile environment for mothers and newborns.Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare operating rooms for obstetrical procedures by sterilizing instruments and arranging supplies.
  • Assist obstetricians during labor and delivery by passing instruments, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining sterile conditions.
  • Transport expectant mothers to delivery rooms and provide pre-procedure preparation such as gowning or draping.
  • Clean and sterilize surgical instruments after procedures and prepare rooms for the next delivery.
  • Document procedure details accurately and ensure compliance with hospital safety protocols.
Work Environment:
  • The role is based in hospital labor and delivery units equipped with specialized surgical suites for childbirth procedures.
