Adecco Medical & Science is hiring Pharmacy Technicians in Indiana! This role is work from home and all equipment is provided. Please note you must reside within Indiana for consideration. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration.Type: 9-month contract, with opportunity to extend or full-time offerSchedule: 8-hour shift between 5am and MidnightPay: $20.00 an hour· Training for the first four weeks is Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. This training time is subject to change.· Shift after training is an 8-hour shift with one-half or an hour lunch. Candidate must be available as early as 5am and as late as midnight.· Candidate will work 5 days a week which may or may not include a weekend day(s).Responsibilities of the Pharmacy Technician:· Using established criteria and guidelines, the pharmacy technician receives, and processes prior authorization requests made by providers and members for medications not inherently covered on a member's prescription drug plan.· Answer prior authorization inquiry calls or/and faxes as well as research and resolve formulary and benefit issues using the appropriate reference material.· Resolve issues and complaints in a timely manner.· Performs other duties as assigned by management.· Handles inbound phone requests and gathers member data to provide information for Pharmacist consultations.Qualifications for the Pharmacy Technician:· HS Diploma or GED· Indiana Pharmacy Technician license· National CPhT license is preferred· Must reside within IndianaWhy work for Adecco?· Excellent Weekly Pay· 401(k) Plan· Skills Training· Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefitsBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
